When you log in, you enter your password as usual. Then, you input a one-time code sent to you via SMS or through the Netiks OTP mobile app.

By adding this extra layer of security, your account is protected beyond just a password. You’ll need your mobile phone to access your account, making it much harder for anyone to hack into it.

How does it work?

Signing in requires two steps: something you know (your password) and something you have (your phone). OTP codes are uniquely generated for your account whenever you need them. You'll receive them via SMS on your mobile phone or through the Netiks OTP mobile app.

If you don't have access to your phone, you can opt to create backup codes. These codes allow you to log in when your phone isn't handy, like when you're traveling. Each backup code is single-use only. Running low on codes? No problem—you can always generate more.

Features

Our app for Android and iPhone works even when your device has no data connectivity (no cellular network or internet connection). This is a major difference with vendors.
Customers can use their phone to generate OTP, whereas most vendors require customers to purchase hardware tokens to generate OTP.
The enrollment process can easily be done online. Customers do not need to visit the branch to subscribe to the service.
